Ron Harker founded Harker & Associates, Inc. in 1990. He started in the glass business in 1986.  He spends most of his time out on the road.

Cate Tedford has worked with Ron since 1995.  She is in the office half of the time, and traveling the other.

We have been very fortunate to have Cameron Watt with us for 3 years now.  He was new to the industry when he started at Harker & Associates, and takes care of everything in the office.  

We recently hired Justin Hatfield to support Cameron in the office.  He has picked up quickly and we are very fortunate to have him.  If you have the opportunity to have Justin help you, please do.
